        Worship on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at Pomme de Terre United Methodist Church was led by our Volunteers In Mission team. The team spent a week at Echo Village in Eureka Springs, Arkansas constructing the walls and rafters of a two-bedroom home for a family in need.  Each group shared a part of their mission connecting what they experienced with scripture and song. Pomme De Terre UMC is a service-based church, serving out of gratitude for blessings received.  Many of our members actively volunteer in the community where we are needed.

Each week worship includes a children and youth service based on an item in a brown paper bag brought by one of the children.  The children may stay in the sanctuary or join trained and qualified volunteers in the Nursery or the Fellowship Hall for paly and learning until the service has ended. We are led on Sunday morning by Bill Hargiss our worship leader, our amazing musician Carolyn Gordanier and Pastor Rick Lasley.  Many thanks to our tech team, Mike Darpel, Ron Gordanier, DJ Morse, and Sherri McCoy.  Many thanks to the VIM Team for leading us this Sunday.

              Pomme De Terre United Methodist Church is located on the corner of 254 and County Road 295 in Carson’s Corner.  All are welcome to join us every week.  We have Adult Sunday School from 9 to 10. Fellowship before with coffee and snacks from 9:45 to 10:15. Our main service starts at 10:30, come as you are, sit where you are comfortable.  There is a place for you with us.
